Returns & Exchanges

At Los Angeles Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
